Distinctive Teams was founded on a simple insight: Organizations thrive not just when individual teams perform well, but when the spaces between those teams are nurtured.

Too often, leaders focus narrowly on what happens within the walls of their span of control. We guide leaders and their teams to expand their lens—coaching not only the dynamics inside the team, but also helping them better influence the connective tissue across teams, functions, and stakeholders.

Here’s our process:

  1. Objective Inquiry - We collect data and insights about the team through surveys or interviews with team members and stakeholders.

  2. Diagnosis - We analyze the data to decipher what’s really getting in the way of high performance for your team.

  3. Design & Delivery - We design experiences and offer tools to equip the team to move toward high-value creation (that leads everyone to higher performance). Usually this involves an offsite-style experience, and ideally that’s the start of a journey to thriving vs. a one-time event.
